David Tewell
Born in Seattle, Washington, David attended Whitman College and the University of Washington, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 1972. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1978, and was admitted to practice before the bars of the State of Washington, United States District Court in Washington, and United States Tax Court in 1979. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Seattle-King County Bar Association. He is fluent in French. Mr. Tewell is the president of the firm and practices primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation. He has extensive trial experience in fire, products liability, premise liability, auto/truck liability, and professional malpractice litigation. Mr. Tewell is an avid skier. He has skied and taught in North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe, where he competed on the World Free Style Circuit in 1975. In 1984, he was selected one of the Northwest's ten best skiers. He has been a ski instructor for over forty years. |
